| Abstract | DAS-ELISA is optimized and used for diagnostics of Beam common mosaic virus (BCMV) and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) in the leaves of common bean plants grown from seeds object of the study. The results obtained from ELISA are substantiated through biologic test and immune electron microscopy method. The optimized method is applied for screening of different batches of bean seeds, their infection with BCMV and CMV, transmitted by seeds being established. With the present development fast and reliable method is provided for testing bean seed material. It will make possible the use of virus-free batches of seeds for planting. |
