Interests of the group
Our team is involved in rice genome analysis and particularly in genes involved in the resistance of rice against Rice yellow mottle virus (RYMV).
We develop gene and QTL mapping, positional cloning and reverse genetics approaches.
We have identified eIF(iso)4G as a major resistance gene against RYMV.
